Gastroenterology job located in Wilmington, North Carolina

Located in the beautiful Greater Myrtle Beach area of coastal SC. This local hospital and medical group is growing and needs a Gastroenterology Medical Director to their team. This facility offers top quality patient care, compensation and is a Duke affiliate. Come be part of the growing market in coastal South Carolina and enjoy an outgoing community with over 2000 restaurants, an international airport and 60 miles of beautiful coastline.Base Salary + WRVU Bonuses.  Base Salary: $700,000 (based on experience level, increased base to be negotiated).  Medical Director will either receive an annual stipend or a reduced RVU threshold to achieve bonuses quicker..  40k+ signing bonus.  Income potential $1 million.  Standard office hours (Mon-Fri / 8am-5pm).  Protected administrative time (8+ hours per week).  Shared call schedule, 1:4 (will go to 1:6 with full recruitment).  Currently 4 Physicians and 4 APPs.  retirement plans with employer match of 4% with 6% contribution..  CME Allowances: 5 days off a year / $3k a year + cover costs of licenses, dues, etc..  Malpractice Insurance: Coverage provided by CMC..  Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling and ample paid time off to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
