Gastroenterology Hospital Based job located in Ohio

• Shift(s) Description: Traditional Monday-Friday clinic schedule + On Call
• Weekend/On Call Requirements: Call 1:4, including some weekends
• Signing bonus $75K-$100K

Position: Physician - Gastroenterology

Location: Columbus, OH

Shift Schedule:

• Monday–Friday clinic schedule

• Call schedule: 1:4, including some weekends

• On-site coverage including outpatient, endoscopy, and inpatient consults
   

Job Overview:

• Practice is based on a single hospital campus

• Blend of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and endoscopy

• Dedicated APP support provided

• Immediate patient base due to large referral network from the medical group, and community partners

• Consultative hospital service

• Onsite Lab and X-Ray

• EPIC EMR system

• PSLF-eligible site

• New, modern facility

Qualifications:

• Required:

  • Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (must be within 1–5 years of eligibility and planning to test)

  • BLS and ACLS certifications

  • Active Ohio Medical License or willingness to obtain

  • Does not require visa support (J1/H1B not accepted)

• Preferred:
   

  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine

  • Advanced Endoscopy training

  • 3–5 years of outpatient GI work experience post-fellowship

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting Base Salary: ~$520,000, increasing over first 3 years

• Signing Bonus: $75,000–$100,000
