Gastroenterology Hospital Based job located in South Carolina

Seeking a locum BC Gastroenterologist to start end of February 2025
- Coverage needed per month: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, no nights, no weekends, no calls - In the AM they will be in the office doing outpatient and the afternoon until 5 will go to the hospital and see inpatient consults and procedures, as necessary. No after hours nor weekend call at this site.
- Frequency of any Call needed: No call
- Support staff: They will have support staff in the department
- Department Description: Outpatient only
- EMR/Documentation System: EPIC
- Patient Age Group: Adults
- 1 Physician in practice, 2 mid-levels. 
- No lab or X-ray on-site. 
- Office staff; 2 CMA's, 2 RN's, 2 Registration Staff, 1 Office Supervisor Outpatient/Inpatient Experience Required Upper GI Endoscopy - With Biopsy - With Foreign Body Removal - With fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser) - With Banding of Varices - With PEG (preferred) Esophageal dilatation/manometry Small bowel biopsy Lower GI endoscopy Sigmoidoscopy Colonoscopy - with biopsy - with excision of polyp
- Requirements: SC license, CSR, DEA, BLS, Flu vaccination, 2 years of experience
