Gastroenterologist Locums Job in Northern Virginia | June 5 - 9 + Intermittent Ongoing Dates

Jackson and Coker is partnered with a northern Virginia facility that is seeking a new GI to add to their coverage rotation.  Need inpatient GI coverage on Thursday, June 5 through Monday, June 9 at 8AM.  Look forward to the opportunity to pick up intermittent gaps in the schedule, ranging from extended weekends to up to a week at a time on an ongoing basis through 2025.

Specific dates of coverage requested: 
* Will work from 8A - 5P in the inpatient setting Monday-Friday & remain on call each evening/through the weekend
- Thursday, June 5 at 8AM - Monday, June 9 at 8AM

Details for Assignment #109262:
-- Active and unrestricted Virginia license and DEA required
-- Active Board Certification required 
-- Inpatient 24-hour call coverage with a minimum of 8 hours of work in the hospital per day
-- Possibility for clinic/outpatient scope coverage from time to time
-- ERCP / EUS is not required, however, there's a possibility they can use these services if you do them
-- Caseload: average 10-15 patients/day, 0-2 procedures/day
-- Case volume for scheduled scopes: between 10-12/day
-- Two Endo suites, lab onsite, x-ray onsite
-- 150+ bed facility, Epic EMR
