Gastroenterology job located in Virginia

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a well-established Gastroenterology group in Northern VA in recruiting additional Gastroenterologists. This group has been thriving for over 20 years, remains fully independent (non-private equity), and is expanding due to strong patient demand.

Practice Details:

• Join a highly collaborative group with 14 Gastroenterologists and 10 APPs
• No call ? strong focus on work-life balance
• Hospital coverage only first year: 2 days/month (scoping only, no consults or inpatient visits); 2nd year drops to 1 day/month
• Compensation model:
  • 500-600K Guaranteed 1st year income
  • Once fully ramped, make between 700K-1 Million, demonstrated.
• Ownership opportunity in physician-owned ASCs and group (retention bonus with equity options)
  • Experienced physicians eligible within 3 months; Fellows within 1 year
• Clinical mix: ~50% clinic patients, ~50% procedures
• Advanced procedures available, but the majority of practice is bread & butter GI
• Work within a pod model across three convenient sites ? 1 site per day, easy commutes
