Mon-Fri schedule consists of 4 days of endoscopy, 1 clinic day, light hospital consults & rounding. Manageable call schedule. Strong infrastructure with experienced staff, fast room turnover, Epic EMR, and a robust referral base.
52-bed nonprofit community hospital. Nationally recognized by the Chartis Center for Rural Health and the National Rural Health Association, ranked in the Top 20.

Compensation package includes a base + incentives for production, quality, retention and patient experience. Full HR benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid malpractice with tail coverage, retirement savings, annual CME allowance, 6 weeks PTO, 50K+ signing bonus and relocation assistance. PSLF eligible site.
