Coverage Needed:
-- January (start Friday 5pm – end Monday 7am): 9th-12th, 16th-19th, 23rd-28th, 30th
-- February (start Friday 5pm – end Monday 7am): 2nd, 6th-9th, 13th-16th, 20th-23rd, 27th
-- March (start Friday 5pm – end Monday 7am): 2nd, 6th-9th, 13th-16th, 20th-23rd, 27th-30rd
-- April (start Friday 5pm – end Monday 7am): 3rd-6th, 10th-13th, 17th-20th, 24th-27th
-- May (start Friday 5pm – end Monday 7am): st-4th, 8th-11th, 15th-18th, 22nd-26th (end Tues @ 7a), 29th
-- June (start Friday 5pm – end Monday 7am):
    -- 1st, 5th-8th, 12th-15th, 19th-22nd, 26th-29th

-- 24-hour call, weekends

Requirements:
-- Board certified
-- Must be licensed in Virginia
-- Flu vaccine required, COVID vaccine preferred
-- ERCP required, EUS preferred
-- Clean malpractice history
-- Procedures:
    -- Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry
    -- Esophageal Manometry Interpretation
    -- Small Bowel Biopsy
    -- Lower GI Endoscopy
    -- Sigmoidoscopy
    -- Colonoscopy
    -- Liver Biopsy
    -- Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube
    -- Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
    -- Upper GI Endoscopy: with Biopsy, with Foreign Body Removal, with Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery vs. Laser), with Injection of Varices, with Banding of Varices, with ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography), Diagnostic, Therapeutic, with PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)

Assignment Details:
-- EMR: Epic
-- Lab and x-ray onsite
-- On average 8 procedures per weekend
-- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days
