They are seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join an established team of 8 GI physicians. Located in the heart of Washington wine country, the area offers 300+ days of sunshine, access to the Cascade Mountains, endless outdoor recreation, acclaimed wineries, and a lower cost of living with no state income tax.

The Position:

~70% Procedures / 30% Clinic

High procedural volume with immediate ramp-up

Call: 1:8, transitioning to minimal call

No admissions - strong hospitalist support

General GI focus with advanced GI backup

Physician-led, highly collaborative team environment

Strong internal referral network

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $573,000 - $620,000 + signficiant RVU compensation

Signing bonus starting at $40K + relocation assistance

$600/month benefits stipend

Full benefits package + malpractice covered

401(k) with immediate 5% match (fully vested Day 1)

CME: $10,000 every 2 years
