Job Description
Join a well-established 300-bed hospital where GI demand continues to grow and procedural volume supports exceptional earning potential. This is an opportunity to walk into a mature practice with strong referrals, efficient workflows, and the ability to quickly ramp into high productivity.
Position Details
Proven earning potential exceeding $1.2M with strong procedural volume
Base salary of $675K to $725K plus productivity incentives
4 dedicated endoscopy days and 1 clinic day per week
Established referral network providing steady demand
Epic EMR with streamlined workflows
J1 and H1B sponsorship with experienced legal support
37 days of PTO plus additional sick leave
Sign-on and relocation package up to $90K
