COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Gastroenterology (GI)

• Salary: $750K base year 1
• Partnership track: Year 1 buy-into practice and surgical center. 
• Paid: Malpractice insurance, licensing fees, medical society dues
• Health Insurance: Paid with long term disability.
• PTO: 4 weeks + all paid holidays (Year 1 then accrues)
• CME: 10 days per year 
• Loan repayment: Paid by hospital guaranteed.
• Profit Sharing
• No revenue sharing.

• Call 1:4-1:5 shared.
• Clinic Day: 20 PPD / Surgical Center Day: 17 PPD

• Our local hospital foundation offers the option for student loan repayment.
