Family Medicine Physician – Temp-to-Perm Opportunity in Los Angeles
Outpatient Only | 3-Month Locums Trial | Full-Time | Diverse Patient Population
We’re seeking a Board eligible / Certified Primary Care physician for an exceptional temp-to-perm opportunity in Los Angeles. This position begins with a 3-month locums trial period — a working interview designed to ensure a mutual fit — with the intention of transitioning to a permanent role.

Position Highlights:
3-month locums-to-perm structure (trial period with goal of permanent hire)
Sept/Oct 2025 start
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
100% outpatient primary care — no OB or inpatient duties
~18-20 patients per day — focused on quality care
Supportive, mission-driven team
Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
Requirements:
MD or DO with active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive locums rate during the trial period.
Malpractice, travel and lodging provided for the locums.
