Job Description
(Login for Information) Children's Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider Manager to join our Cardiac Critical Care Team in Wilmington, Delaware.
The Advanced Practice Provider Manager is responsible for providing leadership for a team of Advanced Practice Providers and provides direct/indirect care to patients and their families within the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. The Advanced Practice Provider Manager is also responsible for the following:
- Acts as a resource, role model, and clinical leader for the patient care team
- Responsible for planning, development, and utilization of human and material resources to meet departmental needs
- Mentors and develops staff
- Participates in departmental and hospital programs for continuous improvement

Qualifications
- APRN: Compact State RN license, DE APRN License, Delaware CSR, Delaware DEA; Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification; AHA BLS and ACLS Certification upon hire
- PA-C: Current: DE State Licensure, Delaware CSR, Delaware DEA, National Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, AHA BLS and ACLS certification upon hire
