Academic interests in research, informatics, quality improvement/patient safety, education, or administration/operations that supplement clinical expertise are encouraged and will be supported, though are not required.

Qualifications
- Graduates (or planned graduates) of an ACGME residency in pediatrics or family medicine, with or without additional subspeciality training
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in pediatrics or Family Medicine
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licenses in Delaware
- Start date is flexible based on candidate availability
