(Login for Information) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Care Physician to join the team of a nonprofit organization, committed to assisting low income residents of Washington, DC. This role provides comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and care coordination. As a key member of the medical team, the Primary Care Physician will work in alignment with our organizational mission and values, helping to deliver high-quality care to underserved populations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct health histories and physical examinations
• Diagnose, treat, and provide preventive care to a diverse patient population
• Review and follow up on lab reports, imaging, and other diagnostic results in a timely manner
• Follow and enforce infection control protocols and universal precautions
• Participate in clinical meetings, peer reviews, and quality assurance processes
• Support and collaborate with clinical staff as part of a team-based care model
• Assist in updating clinical protocols and standards of practice
• Supervise medical students or trainees as assigned by the Medical Director

Qualifications:

• Current DC medical license (required)
• Current DEA certificate (required)
• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine (required)
• Current CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) certification (required)
• Covid Vaccinated
