Immediate Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Practitioner (Family Medicine Physician) to join our growing medical team, serving an established patient base of over 700 patients. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on preventive health, wellness, and continuity of care.
This is a fantastic opportunity to conduct hospital rounds and collaborate with leading healthcare systems in the region, including Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Manatee Memorial Hospital, HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital, and Lakewood Ranch Medical Center. These relationships support continuity of care, practice growth, and the development of long-term patient relationships through coordinated follow-up visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies.
- Provide preventive care, immunizations, and health education.
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification (or board eligibility) in Family Medicine or General Practice.
- Active medical license or eligibility for licensure in the State of Florida.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Must work well with others and staff.

- Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or similar).
- Interest in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, or community health.
