Job Description
A Texas critical access hospital is seeking a General Practitioner physician to provide compassionate and high-quality healthcare to their friendly, close-knit community. Located in the heart of the Permian Basin, this community is a short commute from Midland/Odessa.
Opportunity:
BE/BC is NOT required.
NHSC Site, $100,000 in Student Loan Repayment
4.5-day workweek, at-home call, and limited back-up call. No fear of burn-out here!
Maintain ER and inpatient skill set with a low patient census.
Compensation:
$375,000 + proven income potential, $700K retirement through Texas County Retirement District Plan
Guarantee salary plus wRVU incentive bonus + $30,000 Sign-On
Full comprehensive benefits package, along with PTO, and stipends for licensure and CME.
Community:
Live and work within 30 minutes from neighboring cities with over 340,000 population in the Midland/Odessa area.
Immediate access to Midland International Airport
