- If you’ve built your own following and want infrastructure, marketing support, IV capacity, and an operational team behind you — this may be the right fit.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive 60–90 minute new patient evaluations
- Interpret advanced functional labs (GI-MAP, DUTCH, specialty infectious panels, toxin panels, etc.)
- Develop structured, phased treatment plans (“crawl, walk, run” model)
- Prescribe and manage BHRT, peptides, and specialty therapies within scope
- Integrate IV therapies and regenerative modalities when appropriate
- Collaborate with NPs, MAs, IV team, and Patient Advocates
- Participate in provider roundtables and case reviews
- Support and align with Rising Health clinical protocols and pillars
- You will have clinical autonomy while practicing within the Rising Health model and standards of care.
Required Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner or MD, licensed in Utah (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license (or eligible)
- Experience in functional, integrative, or root-cause medicine
- Comfort interpreting specialty labs
- Comfort practicing in a cash-pay environment
- Willingness to treat across Rising Health’s core pillars
- Strong communication and patient education skills
Preferred (But Not Required)
- IFM training or certification
- ILADS training
- Experience with complex chronic illness (Lyme, mold, autoimmune)
- Experience with BHRT and longevity medicine
- Existing patient panel
- Public speaking or community education experience
Compensation Structure
- You are open to: Revenue-based compensation model
- Hybrid base + performance
