Step into a well-established Gynecology practice - immediate patient demand Day 1
100% Gynecology, no OB (Collegial team of 8 FMOBs handles all deliveries & is a wonderful referral source for Gyn)
State-of-the-art non-profit Medical Center with spacious & up-to-date ORs, 60M renovation just completed
Robust clinical & administrative support: highly experienced RNs & surgery techs, surgery care coordinator ensures pts are scheduled to your preference, dedicated PA/NP support available
If you enjoy being busy at work and then truly being "off when you're off" - this is the position for you.
4-day week + zero call required
Exceptionally competitive compensation: $480-500K+ Yr 1
Lucrative wRVU bonus structure ($62-$68 conversion factor)
$150K recruitment incentive
