Hematology/Oncology Hospital Based job located in Colorado

Central Colorado facility
seeking a full-time BC/BE Hematology Oncology Physician
• Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in both outpatient and affiliated clinic settings. 
• Four 10-hour day shifts per week (approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), 
• Deliver dedicated outreach services (up to 6 days per month) to rural clinics, 2-3 hours away from main location
• Limited shared call coverage (schedule coordinated within group) 
• Join an established practice consisting of 12 physicians, 8 APPs, and a robust multidisciplinary support team, including nurse navigators and social workers. 
• Collaborate closely with the comprehensive cancer center team
• Practice within a physician-led medical group focused on innovation, collaboration, and high-quality outcomes. 
• Utilize EPIC EMR, implemented system-wide. 
• Participate in a flexible four-day work week model. 
• Share in limited call responsibilities within the group. 
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered cancer care programs. 
• Support and engage in clinical growth opportunities within an academically anchored health system. 
• Base Salary: $489,000 – $543,000 annually 
• Eligibility for quality and/or productivity bonus
