A new hospital-based cancer center is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Southern Illinois.

This position is Monday through Friday, 8a5p, with call and weekend coverage on a 1:6 rotation. The provider will see around 16 patients per day once ramped up and will need hospital privileges at all three local hospitals, though practice is based at a single location. Privileging typically takes 6090 days. Candidates must be board certified in both Medical Oncology and Hematology and hold full Illinois licensure, including license, DEA, and CSR.
