Job Description

Job Overview
  • Start Date: Dec. 1
  • Setting: Clinic + inpatient call
  • Patient Volume: 15-18 per day
  • Job Details:
  • OP schedule: Mon-Fri 36 hours of patient care/ambulatory clinic coverage each week. Flexible schedule is available between 8a-5:30p.
  • Hospital call coverage: call rotation every 4th or 5th week, one full week at a time. Expected hospital visits: Weekdays (M-F) for new consults. Sat and Sun for rounding only
  • Client Requirements: BC/truly BE. Indiana license or IMLC
  • EMR: Epic
