Clinicians will provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care working a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule with call responsibilities. Clinical duties include managing 10-30 patients daily during clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM across 5 clinic days per week with 6 patient contact hours daily. The position requires night call coverage Monday through Friday after clinic hours and 24-hour weekend call coverage during assigned weeks. Inpatient coverage will be provided at the West Des Moines location without outpatient components.
