This medical center is a comprehensive 222-bed acute care medical center, the only hospital in Kentucky with three Gold Seals of Excellence for hip surgery, knee surgery and back surgery.

Level 3 trauma center seeing 30,000 ED visits annually.

Our medical staff consists of more than 100 physicians and include specialty fields including general surgery, bariatric surgery, orthopedic surgery, gastroenterology, urology, ENT, Ob/Gyn, podiatry, maxillofacial surgery, pulmonary medicine, thoracic surgery, critical care, hospitalists, infectious disease and sleep medicine.

Compensation Details
- Employed position through Commonwealth Cancer Center.
- Base Salary for the first two years
- Contract will be for 2 years, unless partnership is offered after year one.
- Health and dental insurance for the physician AND family is paid at 100% by the practice.
- $3,000 offered for CME expenses
- Long-term disability and life insurance to be provided by the practice. Short-term disability is available, and if elected is paid for by the physician.
- PTO for FTE is 4 weeks per year for vacation and an additional week for attendance of professional meeting and CME seminars
- A Claims Made medical malpractice insurance policy will be purchased for the physician by the practice. The practice will also provide tail coverage.
- 401k Plan with 4% match
- Physicians who practice both Hematology and Oncology are preferred
