Job Description
A highly respected healthcare system is adding a Hematologist/Oncologist to one of their nationally accredited comprehensive cancer centers in western Maryland.?Excellent earning potential!

Practice Overview
- Join 2 Hem/Onc and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
- Average 16-18 patients/day
- Weekend call 1:3 (very light)
- On-site Radiation Oncology and Pharmacy
- Active National Clinical Trials program
- Nationally accredited Breast Care Center and Designated Lung Screening Center
- Flexibility - Open to a 4-day or 5-day week
Compensation & Benefits
- Current physicians are averaging $800,000 per year
- $100,000 retention bonus - $25,000/year for four years
- Generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, and pension plan
- CME allowance of $5,000 plus 5 days
- 22 PTO days - plus holidays
- $10,000 relocation allowance
