Practice Details

  • Seeking a Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join our practice in MN.
  • Join a team of 6 physicians (including this opportunity) and 3 advanced practice providers in the southwest Minnesota region.
  • On-site chemotherapy and radiation oncology services are provided by a dedicated support team including 2 Radiation Oncologists, nursing staff, clinical pharmacist, genetic counselor, psycho-oncologist, social services, and other support staff.
  • The practice includes a mix of medical oncology and hematology with access to on-site clinical trials.
  • The Division of Community Oncology has close collaborative relationships with all sites, in the Midwest as well as Arizona and Florida.
  • Opportunities also exist for practice, research and/or teaching
  • A typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 to 5 PM.
  • Call will be shared amongst the provider team and is assigned evenly throughout the year.
  • Potential outreach 1-2 days a week within the southwest MN region.
  • Expected patient contact hours per week is 32 hrs.
