The clinician will provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care managing 6-10 patients daily Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no call requirements. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans for hematologic and oncologic conditions, and performing treatments and procedures as needed. Documentation must be maintained through EPIC EMR system for all patient encounters and treatment planning activities. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology and active state license are mandatory requirements for this outpatient assignment. Hospitalists handle the majority of call and weekend coverage responsibilities.
