Hematology/Oncology Hospital Based job located in Ohio

1 hour from Columbus facility
seeking a Locum Hematology Oncology Physician
--Mondays and Tuesdays and Fridays 8a-4p + weeknight call 4p-8a
--8a-4p + hospital call during the day and the evening
--Weekend call coverage for two hospitals - 1 weekend per month (starts Friday at 4p and ends Monday at 8a)
--Support staff: 1 app 1 RN 1 MA
--Amount of coverage needed per month: 1 day
--Patients per day: 18-20 per day
--Patient population/age: 18yr and older
--Hematology/Oncology Clinic
--Outpatient Clinic/Call Responsibilities: 
    - Checking EPIC In Basket Daily/Empty daily (will be attached to previous Locums)
    - Placing own orders (nurses will help if needed) ** DO NOT OVERRIDE ABN WARNINGS
    - Sign outpatient notes by EOD or End of following day. Report off to next provider in On Call Rotation. 
    - Take after call coverage when scheduled (See call coverage calendar) 
    - Round on any assigned inpatients in the morning-repeat as needed and complete consult notes by EOD.

--Required: BC Oncology, OH license or IMLC, DEA, 1 year experience
