The facility maintains coordinated care with radiation oncology services onsite and utilizes Epic EMR system for patient documentation and treatment planning.

About the Clinician's Workday

The hematologist/oncologist will provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care managing 15 patients daily with a 50% hematology and 50% oncology patient mix. Clinical responsibilities include working 3 days per week with Thursday and Friday scheduled plus one flexible day, with no call requirements. The clinician must maintain documentation through Epic EMR system for all patient encounters and coordinate care with support staff including 2 part-time medical oncologists, 1 nurse practitioner, medical assistants, registered nurses, 2 pharmacists, and 1 radiation oncologist. Board certification in Medical Oncology is required with 12 weeks credentialing time and active Ohio license preferred.
