About the Clinician's WorkdayThe hematologist/oncologist will provide comprehensive outpatient care managing 14-18 patients per day over three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday) from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Clinical responsibilities include conducting new consultations (0-2 per day), managing ongoing treatments, and developing individualized care plans for hematologic and oncologic conditions. The clinician will utilize iKnowMed EMR system for documentation and treatment planning while working collaboratively with medical assistants and advanced practice providers. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology and prescriptive authority are required, with no call coverage responsibilities for this outpatient position.
