The institution maintains established protocols for comprehensive cancer and blood disorder treatment delivery with coordinated care between inpatient and outpatient settings. Hospital privileges are required with a 60-day credentialing timeframe for this position.

The hematologist/oncologist will provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM in clinic with afternoon hours reserved for inpatient rounding managing 10-12 patients daily. Clinical responsibilities include conducting clinic visits and inpatient rounding with no call coverage requirements. Clinicians must maintain documentation through Epic EMR system for all patient encounters and treatment planning activities. Board certification in Medical Oncology is required for this position.
