Job Description
Providence area facility
seeking a Locum Hematology Oncology Physician to start as soon as credentialed
--Schedule: 16 hours, Wednesday and Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with possible inpatient coverage for weekdays and weekends
--Call 5 pm-8 am
--Weekend call 7 am-7 am
--Rounding daily 1 -2 hours based on consult volume
--Inpatient patient volume varies based on consults
--Outpatient patient volume: 18 – 22
--Treatment/procedures: Biopsies as needed
--EMR – 80% paper, 20% EMR – Meditech
--Required: BC Hematology Oncology, RI license, DEA
