Facility is seeking Locum BC Medical Oncologist to provide coverage
- Practice Setting: Free-Standing Cancer Center
- Shift(s) Description: M-F 8:30a-4:30p
- Call Schedule: No call during locum period
- Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
What Percentage of the Practice: 65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 7
- APPs Provide Coverage: 6
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - outpatient: 25
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - hospital (Call/Rounding): 20
- Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting
- EMR: EPIC
- Required Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
- Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse Oncologist
- Required: SC license, BLS, DEA, clean background, Self-Query NPDB report
