- Join 5 physicians in collegial group
- Focus on hematology with sickle cell and benign/malignant cases
- Call schedule 1:9 with fellows taking first call
- Walk into existing patient base with 15 - 20 patients per day
- In-house transfusion medicine and active CAR-T program
- Academic affiliation with Baylor College of Medicine
- No state income tax in Texas
