The facility operates a beautiful outpatient cancer treatment center as part of a large health system. The center provides comprehensive oncology services with modern equipment and integrated care coordination. Hospital privileges are required for this position with a 90-day credentialing timeline.

This Washington region provides diverse recreational opportunities including mountain activities with skiing at Mount Baker and guided tours to Mount Rainier. The area features entertainment venues such as go-kart racing, safari tours, state parks, casinos, golf facilities, and cultural attractions including theater performances and glass art exhibitions.

The locum tenens hematologist/oncologist will provide comprehensive cancer care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, managing 15-20 patients daily. Responsibilities include conducting 0-2 new consultations and delivering general hematology/oncology treatments. The clinician must maintain board certification and obtain hospital privileges within 90 days. Call coverage involves phone consultation only during nights and weekends, with hospitalist support handling most emergency calls.
