New Hematology Physician Locums Job 

We are working with a facility in need of Clinic and/or Hospital coverage. Their ideal scenario is one provider alternating 1 week inpatient and 1 week clinic per month, but they are open to separate candidates for clinic or inpatient.

Start date: Starting in November/December for ongoing coverage into 2026

Clinic Details:
--Volume: 20–25 patients/day
--Hem/Onc Split: 70% Hematology / 30% Oncology
--Support: 4 Hem/Oncs, 4 APPs, full nursing and MA staff
--Looking for 3-4 days per week for 2-3 week stints 

Inpatient Details:
--Need 7 days of coverage every 5th week to maintain their call ratio of 1:5
--Weekday coverage along with weeknight and weekend call
--Consults: 8–10 per day (consult-only model) - Census ~ 40 patient
--Hem/Onc Split: 60% Hematology / 40% Oncology
--Call: Minimal call-backs outside of daily rounds
--Support: Large hospitalist and critical care team
