Hepatology Academic job located in Texas

The (Login for Information), (Login for Information)School at (Login for Information) is recruiting an Assistant Professor, focusing on Transplant Hepatology.

Position Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and evolve the growth of our liver disease clinical program which in turn will expand the liver transplant pool and support clinical investigative programs within the (Login for Information) and UTHealth Houston. 

• Develop relationships and clinical activities in partner facilities within the (Login for Information)with a concentration on providing Hepatology expertise and transplant evaluations in areas w(Login for Information) we currently do not have a clinical presence.

• Develop between two to three new transplant hepatology clinics at target locations in the (Login for Information)(Login for Information)and the Houston area.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have an M.D. degree, be board certified and be eligible for licensure in the State of Texas, and a graduate of an ACGME hepatology fellowship program.
