Details/Requirements:
--Acute Care Consultations
--Supervisory Role for Advanced Practice Nurses
--Backup Coverage for Hospice Medical Director
--Board Certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
--EPIC EMR Proficiency
--Willingness to work across multiple inpatient facilities

Flexible Coverage:
--7 day-a-week availability preferred
--On-call responsibilities for hospice care
