Hospice and Palliative Care Hospital Based job located in North Carolina

Seeking a fellowship trained Palliative Care physician to join their established Hospice and Palliative Care program.
· Applicants with Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency training are preferred.
· New graduates and visa candidates are encouraged to apply.
· Opportunity available due to program expansion
· Established palliative care team inclusive of 2 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers
· Provide consults in both inpatient and outpatient settings in person and via a telemedicine service
· 16-bed Palliative Care Unit
· Schedule includes a 4-day work week (8 am - 6 pm)
· Weekend call 1:4
· Administrative responsibilities will include participation in hospital committees, meetings, and projects that require palliative care expertise
· Interdisciplinary care team approach
