- 12-hour day shifts from 7am - 7pm
- Average census of 18 patients per provider
- 20 daily admissions across hospital -- 10 nightly admits per provider
- Intensivist-led ICU with hospitalist support
- Procedures include EKG, vent management, and lumbar puncture
- Seeking providers for ongoing pool coverage
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
