Baptist Memorial Hospital - Crittenden County is seeking an experienced and dedicated facility medical director (FMD) to lead our hospitalist team at our Baptist Memorial Hospital-Crittenden in West Memphis, Arkansas. This full-time role offers a unique dual-site schedule, where you'll have medical director responsibilities and round at Crittenden and then travel just across the Mississippi River to complete your shifts at Baptist Memorial Hospital - Memphis.

Medical Director responsibilities apply to the Crittenden facility only, providing you with a focused leadership scope while enjoying a dynamic clinical practice across two locations.
