Job Summary:
We are seeking a committed, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (within 5 years of residency) OB-GYN Hospitalist to provide high-quality, evidence-based inpatient care as part of a 24-hour in-house model. This full-time permanent position requires local residency or willingness to relocate.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 24-hour in-house OB-GYN hospitalist coverage

Manage labor and delivery for low-volume community OBs

Conduct obstetrical triage and manage emergency obstetric situations

Perform patient evaluations and comprehensive obstetric care

Assist in obstetrical surgeries

Participate in fetal monitoring and collaborate with MFM specialists

Support a Level III NICU

Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists and MFM support team

Ensure quality patient care aligned with evidence-based practices
Schedule Details:

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $372,300/year ($170/hour)

Requirements
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of OB-GYN residency) – REQUIRED

Active California Medical License at time of application – REQUIRED

Willingness to relocate or current local residency – REQUIRED

Clean malpractice and license history – Highly Preferred

OB Hospitalist work experience – Preferred
