Job Description
- A hospitalist is needed for this Facility Medical Director position in Broward County
- Work a seven on, seven off schedule and have the support of 48 full time hospitalists and eight NPs on staff
- Your responsibilities will be primarily administrative including growth and metric driven operations plus client retention
- Ensure clinical quality, patient safety and risk as well as clinician recruitment, engagement and retention
- Ideal candidate has demonstrated prior leadership or administrative experience, have strong administrative and team building skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
