seeking a Locum Hospitalist Medicine Site Medical Director
--Schedule will consist of regular M - F, with ability to perform administrative and clinical shifts.
--7 on/7 off will be considered.
--Work with scheduling on management of schedule and open shifts.
--Provider must have experience being a leader (proven experience on CV)
--Schedule will consist of regular M - F (7 on/7 off considered)
--Interview process with recruiting to staff the roster with FT Team
--They will partner with their on-site facility leaders, especially the CMO and will work with them on meeting budget and standards/metrics, including the length of stay, patient satisfaction, and physical retention.
--Assist with management of performance/conflict issues which may arise with current HM staff.
--Must have experience at a Level 1 or Level 2
