Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Day Shift opportunity in Olympia Fields, IL

Position Highlights:

- 7 on/ 7 off, 7 AM – 7 PM
Qualifications:
- NP or PA certification and an Illinois license are required.
- One year experience as a hospitalist is required. Will consider NP/PA experience in a hospital setting, inpatient specialty experience, or an acute care experienced RN with NP training rotations focused on inpatient care.
- Outstanding bedside manner coupled with the ability to collaborate with patients, fellow team members, and overall stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary attending within our 18-bed observation unit, rounding, and discharging patients.
- Participate in hospital committees based on interest and availability.
- Work to improve the overall quality of patient care.
