This is an excellent opportunity for a board certified or board eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician who is ready to take on a clinical leadership role and help drive quality improvement, collaboration, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional inpatient care as part of a 7-on/7-off hospitalist schedule
• Participate in interdisciplinary team rounds, quality initiatives, and performance improvement processes
• Take the lead on patient safety, documentation excellence, and protocol adherence
• Act as a liaison between hospital administration, nursing, and medical staff to support team cohesion and care continuity
• Contribute to a culture of teaching, accountability, and growth
