Become the next Hospital Medicine Physician in Mason City, Iowa
Enterprise Medical is scheduling interviews for part-time and full-time hospitalists at a reputable teaching hospital.
About the Team:
- A cohesive group of 8 physicians working alongside highly trained specialists across the continuum of specialties
- The majority of shifts are DAYS ONLY (team members rotate night shifts with the opportunity to proctor residents)
- Closed ICU with NO procedures
- Model allows for flexible scheduling, working 12-hour shifts (part-time physicians are benefit eligible with 7 shifts per month)
- Generous compensation with base salary and RVU bonus plan - earn up to 370K plus a full complement of benefits, including relocation and signing bonus

Mason City is conveniently located halfway between Minneapolis and Des Moines. The area offers a wide range of recreational opportunities, including sailing, boating, skiing, swimming, and fishing at nearby Clear Lake.
