- 7 on 7 off schedule with day, swing, and night shifts available
- 18 - 22 patient admissions per shift
- 178 patient census, surge capacity up to 185 - 210
- Hospitalists run all codes at night including non-unit patients
- Day shift: respond to codes for unit patients only
- Day shift: 7 am - 5 pm, swing: 2 pm - 9 pm, night: 9 pm - 7 am
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
