Job Description
A nationally accredited not-for-profit, large health system in a Louisiana metropolitan area is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join its growing team of 70+ Hospitalists.
Opportunity
First and most extended continuous-running hospitalist program with a 91% retention rate
800+ bed hospital with a Level I Trauma Center
Reliable 7-on/7-off block schedule with advanced-planning flexibility, EPIC EMR
Hospital-employed with a 325K guaranteed base salary plus bonus potential
35K sign-on
Opportunity to moonlight for additional compensation
Average daily rounding census per Hospitalist of 14-16 patients
