Job Description
A rural, 25-bed community hospital in rural Maine that provides care to more than 30K residents has an opening for an internal medicine physician to join four other hospitalists.
About the Opportunity:
- Join four hospitalists
- 12-hour shifts - 7 on/7 off, alternating days/nights
- Open ICU - 4 beds
- $4,000 CME per year
- 7 Weeks PTO

Community/Location:
The Town is located along the Kennebec River. Located in the rolling hills of southern Somerset County, the area is rich in history. Close to Sugarloaf Mountain, one of the best ski areas in the United States - only an hour to Maine's spectacular coast and Portland -- Maine's largest city. The area schools are highly rated. Area recreational venues include white water rafting, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and trout fishing. Surrounding communities provide arts, theatre, gyms, children?s programs, a prestigious liberal arts college, and unique restaurants.
