Enterprise Medical is partnering with a nationally recognized facility offering rewarding hospitalist careers in one of Minnesota’s most scenic lakeside communities. They are welcoming a full-time Hospitalist or Nocturnist to their supportive, collaborative team.
Position Highlights:
- $351,000 base salary plus potential bonuses and quality incentives
- 7-on/7-off schedule – full-time equals just 24 weeks per year
- Manageable census of 16 patients per day
- 36-bed Level III Trauma Center recognized as a “Top 20 Rural Hospital in the Nation”
- Strong team structure with APP support, six local hospitalists, and the Fargo regional team of 20+ physicians
